heidenreich do – Productivity

I didn’t build heidenreich do because there aren’t enough task apps. Quite the opposite – there are countless ones out there. The problem is a different one.

Productivity doesn’t mean doing more

Many of these apps are overloaded. Projects, labels, boards, priorities, filters, automations – all designed to help, but often leading to spending more time managing the system than doing the actual work. At some point, you’re no longer organising your tasks – you’re organising your app.

heidenreich do takes a different approach: capture tasks, organise them and get them done. Nothing more, nothing less.

Thoughts on focus and productivity

Productivity isn’t a feature – it starts in your head. In these posts, I share thoughts and experiences around focus, structure and a mindful approach to tasks.

A tool, not an end in itself

To me, a task app isn’t a project in its own right. It shouldn’t impress – it should help. heidenreich do focuses on what matters: capturing tasks, structuring them and finding them at the right moment. No unnecessary complexity, no artificial productivity promises and no distractions.

Why I built heidenreich do

I wanted a task app that supports me rather than demanding my attention. An app that’s fast, stays clear and works just as intuitively years later as it did on day one. No learning curve, no baggage.

That’s exactly what heidenreich do became.
